Summary: The Patient Dining Associate, under the direction of the inpatient catering to you manager, facilitates communication between patients, nursing, and nutrition services. Assists clinical staff with patient requests and preferences and enters said data into the information system to better organize patient nourishment. Delivers trays and food to patients and collects upon completion. Prepares and delivers nourishments to patient floors. Applies diet therapy in tray-line and production areas.
Other information: QUALIFICATIONS: -High school diploma or equivalent preferred -6 months + experience in kitchen area preferred -Must understand unit measurements, such as ounces, pounds, cups, etc. -Must know how to use a scale -Food preparation skills
