The EVP HR will spearhead the development and execution of strategic HR goals that resonate with our organizational objectives, nurturing an environment of high performance and employee engagement. This is a pivotal role that requires an innovative leader capable of driving significant transformational change, enhancing leadership capabilities, and establishing a premier HR function.
The ideal candidate will partner closely with our executive leadership team to conceptualize and implement programs that facilitate the firm's growth and pivotal transformation initiatives. To qualify, you should bring at least 10 years of HR leadership experience within a law firm or comparable professional services setting, showcasing a proven track record of effectively managing HR teams. We are looking for a strategic thinker with a proactive and hands-on approach, able to juggle multiple priorities while achieving results. Key qualifications include expertise in HR strategy, organizational development, succession planning, training, and employee relations.
Additionally, the EVP HR will ensure adherence to HR regulations and will craft and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs. Exceptional communication and influencing skills are critical, along with a robust understanding of HR best practices.
