Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry Level Event Specialist to join our dynamic team and assist in the planning and execution of various events. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who have a passion for event management and are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. As an Entry Level Event Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, gain valuable hands-on experience, and contribute to the success of our events.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and coordination of events from start to finish.
Support the development of event concepts and themes to ensure alignment with client objectives.
Help manage logistics such as venue selection, catering, audio-visual needs, and transportation.
Assist in creating and distributing event marketing materials, including invitations and social media posts.
Maintain event budgets and assist with financial tracking for all project expenses.
Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, and troubleshooting.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and vendors.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other event management software.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as event schedules dictate.
A detail-oriented mindset with a passion for quality and excellence in event execution.
