Position Overview: As an Evening Shift Cook, you will be responsible for: Preparing ingredients for cooking, including chopping, portioning, and storing food. Washing and peeling fresh fruits and vegetables. Weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients according to recipes and quality standards. Operating kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, grills, and fryers. Testing food for quality and proper cooking temperature. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including washing dishes and kitchen tools. Setting up and breaking down your work station efficiently.
