You will also partner and collaborate with other HR Partners, Regional and Store Leaders, and the VP of Retail in the delivery of People solutions. You will lead local team member experience projects, bringing a real-world to any programs and execution of them. You will report to the SR Director, Human Resources and will support the Ballard Designs retail stores alongside the SR HRBP. Located in Atlanta, GA - Hybrid - 4-6 days in office a month Your Impact

You will be the business contact for the People (HR) function to the Retail Store Leaders, Regional Managers, and Retail Team Members Respond to and resolve Team Member relations issues, including investigations and advising on corrective actions. You will establish yourself as a contact for People Solutions and main People deliverables. Examples of these include talent reviews, performance management, and development planning. You will provide local insights and perspectives to our P&O leadership and Brand leadership, to ensure local matters are addressed and considered You will deliver coaching to our Manager and Supervisors to navigate both performance issues, but also professional development; and support in the prioritization and delivery of an engaging team member experience. What You Bring

3-5 years of business experience in areas of Human Resources is preferred. Previous generalist experience as an HR Coordinator / Partner operating at a level of guiding/influencing leaders (HR experience in a retail environment required) Experience with a variety of People disciplines with the ability to use People data to inform deliverables
