Editor - Corporate/B2B/Technology
We are looking for a motivated and versatile writer, editor, and content strategist to join our dynamic team. You will produce high-impact work for our prestigious Corporate, Technology, and other B2B clients.
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our internal teams and clients to define business objectives and develop comprehensive content strategies across a variety of channels, including social media, that drive measurable results. If you have a knack for crafting strategic and creative narratives under tight deadlines, and possess expertise in digital storytelling across diverse media, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. We're particularly interested in candidates with experience in LinkedIn content and executive communications.
Key Qualifications:
3-5 years of editorial experience in media, publishing, or corporate communications.
A proven ability to meet daily, weekly, and monthly content deadlines.
Exceptional editing, writing, and grammatical skills.
Strong editorial judgment and a keen awareness of business news and trends.
Experience in writing and reporting in a B2B or corporate context.
Capability to develop content strategies, set goals, define target audiences, and create editorial calendars.
Proven prowess in generating innovative story ideas and executing them across multiple formats, including client websites and social media platforms.
Ability to craft engaging copy tailored to various business topics, audiences, and content types.
Knowledge of multimedia storytelling and best practices in digital publishing.
Proficient in working autonomously, making sound decisions, and anticipating concerns.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and internal teams.
Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Expression Engine.

Experience in creating LinkedIn content and executive communications for senior leaders. Responsibilities: Analyze client objectives and audiences to determine the most impactful content channels and formats. Create editorial workflows, develop content calendars, and assess content performance. Generate and produce a variety of content packages, including blog posts, thought leadership articles, social media posts, email/website copy, podcast/video scripts, and whitepapers. Edit and oversee editorial calendars for websites and social media platforms. Review and enhance stories from team members and freelancers prior to publication. Write concise copy for social media posts, focusing on LinkedIn and executive communications. Publish content on CMS platforms like WordPress. Manage analytics and reporting related to web content performance. Engage in brainstorming sessions and contribute story ideas for digital platforms. Collaborate with other departments, including art, media buying, and social media teams. $66,300.00 - $80,000.00 in NYC. Your compensation will depend on various factors, including market considerations, budgetary limits, and your unique experience and qualifications.
