What We're Looking For
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role requires a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
What You Will Do Develop and implement marketing campaigns to support company objectives and sales goals Coordinate digital marketing efforts including Google Ads, email marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and content marketing, while also managing campaign analytics, A/B testing, CRM integration (e.g., HubSpot), marketing automation workflows, and lead generation strategies Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, landing pages, and promotional content Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities and consumer preferences. Manage the company's social media platforms and track engagement metrics Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms Support trade show and event planning, including promotional materials and logistics Maintain the marketing calendar and ensure timely execution of initiatives Collaborate with design, sales, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing Who You Are
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field 2+ years experience in marketing roles with a strong portfolio. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure and tight deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed marketing decisions. Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Google Ads. Experience in web development (WordPress) Experience in graphic design (Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
