Recruiting Coordinator (onsite)

Need a Recruiting Coordinator to support the recruitment process by managing administrative tasks, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. They act as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers, facilitating communication and tracking the progress of applicants. Essentially, they handle the logistics of hiring, freeing up recruiters to focus on candidate evaluation and strategy. Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Management: Managing the applicant tracking system, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Communication: Maintaining regular contact with candidates and hiring managers, providing updates and feedback throughout the process.

Administrative Support: Preparing job postings, coordinating travel arrangements for candidates, and managing recruitment documentation.

Process Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement in the recruiting process and contributing to its efficiency.

Experience Needed: ATS experience UKG Calendar Management and scheduling Previous Recruiting Coordinating experience Knowledge of HR Processes
