Starting Pay: $20.00 JOB SUMMARY Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Forklift Operator! In this role, you will operate and maintain critical warehouse equipment while ensuring efficient product flow. Your skills will contribute directly to our operations and overall success. RESPONSIBILITIES Adhere to safety protocols for operating equipment like forklifts, pallet jacks, and tugs to maintain a safe work environment. Maintain cleanliness and functionality of assigned equipment; notify management of any repair needs. Follow all safety regulations and sanitation policies to prevent accidents and protect equipment. Utilize equipment horns appropriately to ensure safety in storage and operational areas. Plug in equipment when not in use to ensure it is always ready for operation. QUALIFICATIONS Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse setting. Requirements: Successful completion of mandatory ergonomics testing. Professional Skills: Good understanding of safety and security policies, as well as warehouse operational equipment. Able to analyze numerical data effectively. Efficient time management skills. Experience in following established procedures and policies. Proficiency in basic mathematical calculations. Problem-solving capabilities. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. PHYSICAL DEMANDS This role requires the following physical capabilities: Ability to stand, walk, sit, reach, and perform various movements such as kneeling, crouching, and balancing. Regularly lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 100 pounds. Vision requirements include both close and distance vision abilities.
