Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician
Location: Tulsa, OK Pay:$23
Full time rotating shift
Train on 1st shift Days (Monday-Friday 7am – 3pm) for about 30 days or so then transition to the 12 hour overnight shift.The 12 hour shift rotates every week.For example:Week 1 - person works Monday and Tuesday 7pm - 7am, off Wednesday/Thursday, works 7pm – 7am Friday, Saturday, Sunday.Week 2 – person works 7pm – 7am Wednesday/Thursday and is off Friday, Saturday, Sunday then back to Week 1 schedule.
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform routine preventative maintenance and repairs to ensure production machinery operates efficiently and reliably. This role involves teardown, repair, reassembly, and modification of complex mechanical and electrical equipment. Candidates must be skilled in diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, with working knowledge of HVAC, welding, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this role successfully, an individual must be able to complete each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Disassemble and reassemble machinery and equipment for repair
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical malfunctions
Perform maintenance on production machinery and equipment
Inspect parts for wear, breakage, or defects
Test machinery post-repair to ensure functionality
Use tools such as voltmeters and other diagnostic equipment
Maintain lubrication schedules and perform adjustments as needed
Review technical manuals and blueprints for equipment specifications
Weld and fabricate parts as needed for repairs or new equipment builds
Maintain maintenance records and parts usage
Order necessary parts and supplies
Support and train operators on equipment functionality when required
Operate and maintain forklifts and other industrial equipment
Qualifications and Experience
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attendance, work ethic, and organizational abilities
Ability to work both independently and within a team

Work Environment
Primarily climate-controlled indoor setting

Physical Demands
Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, climb ladders, and reach
Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds
Requires ability to talk, hear, and operate equipment
