Website Development (WordPress)
Build and manage multiple websites across our brands Ensure sites are fast, mobile-optimized, and conversion-friendly Manage forms, chat tools, analytics, and lead tracking systems
SEO + GEO Optimization
Execute on-page, off-page, and local SEO strategies Manage Google Business Profiles and local listings Create keyword-optimized content and landing pages
Paid Ads Management
Create and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and Google LSAs Optimize ad spend, conversions, and lead quality Track performance, run A/B tests, and adjust strategy based on data
Digital Strategy & Reporting
Monitor analytics via GA4, Search Console, and Tag Manager Recommend and implement new tools and strategies Collaborate with internal teams to align goals and drive growth
Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing and WordPress site management Proven track record managing SEO and paid ad campaigns with strong ROI Proficient in:
WordPress (Elementor, Web Flow, Divi, etc.) Google Ads, LSAs, and Meta Ads SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.) GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager Strong communicator and project manager Experience in recruiting, franchising, or home services industries is a plus
