AMMON Staffing is seeking a dynamic, organized, and professional

Staffing Coordinator

to join our internal team. This role is essential in supporting and growing our client partnerships by managing open job orders and delivering top-tier talent.

The Staffing Coordinator will work directly with a book of established business clients and will be responsible for recruiting, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for skilled labor roles, administrative positions, and medical office opportunities.

Office Hours & Employment Type:

Full-Time : Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Some flexibility required for on-call availability (see below) Key Responsibilities: Communicate professionally with both clients and candidates via phone, email, and in person Take and manage job orders from clients, understanding their unique staffing needs Source and interview candidates in person, over the phone, and through virtual platforms Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel for daily tasks and documentation Enter and maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Document detailed notes during interviews and prepare polished candidate presentations for client review Maintain strong client relationships by delivering consistent and responsive service Collaborate with team members to ensure timely placements and staffing fulfillment Respond to urgent staffing needs while on-call, ensuring prompt and professional service On-Call Requirement:

Staffing Coordinators are expected to participate in a rotating on-call schedule for

seven (7) days per month , which includes:

One full weekend per month

(Saturday & Sunday) Five additional weekdays per month , coordinated with the team schedule During on-call shifts, the coordinator must be available to respond to urgent client or employee needs and handle issues appropriately and efficiently.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a professional setting with a strong emphasis on phone communication is

required Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time management skills Experience using an ATS system is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Staffing or recruiting experience is preferred but not required Benefits: Health Insurance
