The Events Manager is responsible for ensuring that every guest at F1 Arcade enjoys a personalized, exceptional, and memorable hospitality experience. The Events manager will design and execute innovative events that not only capture attention but also create lasting memories for every guest. Interacting with guests in an authentic and attentive way is a key responsibility for the Events Manager. This means taking the time to understand each guest's needs, interests, and reasons for choosing F1 Arcade. By engaging in meaningful conversations, the Events Manager gathers insights that enhance every aspect of the guest experience. This personalized touch not only elevates each event but also deepens the connection between our guests and our brand, ensuring every visit is truly unforgettable. Key Areas of Responsibility Event Planning & Execution:

Develop, plan, and implement a diverse range of entertainment events-from concept through post-event analysis.

Collaborate with creative teams to design event themes and interactive experiences that resonate with target audiences.

On-site Management:

Oversee on-site operations during events, ensuring smooth execution and prompt resolution of any issues.

Supervise event setup, execution, and breakdown, maintaining high standards throughout.

Post-Event Evaluation:

Gather feedback and analyze event performance metrics to inform future event improvements.

Document learnings and best practices for continuous enhancement of event quality.

Skills Required

Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning/management, preferably within the entertainment industry.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience in a creative, entertainment-focused environment.

Familiarity with digital event platforms and emerging entertainment trends.

Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams and vendor partnerships.

Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to dynamic situations.

Team Spirit Basic Physical Requirements

When working at an F1 Arcade venue, Team Members must be able to perform the duties of that venue. The team member will frequently sit for short periods of time, talk via Cloud Based video conferencing and the phone often, and hear and manipulate objects constantly.

Additional requirements will include lifting up to 10 (ten) pounds constantly and up to 50 (fifty) pounds as required. Lifting from floor to shoulder constantly and overhead infrequently. Twisting and reaching frequently. Grasping objects to move or manipulate constantly. Working in hot then cold environments for extended periods of time. May inadvertently bump into team members in a relatively small work area. Will stand and walk for extended periods of time. FREQUENT hand washing and sanitation is required. Ability to use knives, slicing equipment, and other food preparation equipment. Team Member must be able to communicate with Guests and other Team Members and manipulate handheld and desktop devices.
