We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Subway 9014. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in the overall operation of the restaurant, including but not limited to supervising staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Responsibilities: Assist the General Manager in day-to-day operations Supervise and train staff members Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies Adhere to all Subway policies and procedures Requirements: Prior experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong leadership and team-building skills Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
