Rogers Group is currently seeking a

Sourcing Analyst

to support our purchasing operations. This position is

NOT REMOTE

and will be based in our corporate office located in Nashville, TN. In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Strategic Sourcing. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and excellent communication and organizational skills.

Job Responsibilities: Analyze procurement data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and process improvements. Track and report on vendor performance, pricing changes, delivery timelines, and contract compliance. Provide data-driven insights and performance feedback to assist with managing supplier relationships. Support sourcing activities by preparing bid comparisons, evaluating supplier quotes, and contributing to vendor selection decisions. Monitor material costs and market fluctuations, especially for aggregates, asphalt, fuel, parts, and heavy equipment. Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and supplier databases. Help ensure procurement practices align with budget goals, internal controls, and compliance standards. Contribute to reporting and dashboards using Excel, ERP systems, or business intelligence tools. Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain analytics. Strong Excel and data analysis skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
