Weekend Shift Friday - Monday 6am - 4:30pm and 3rd shift 10:30pm - 7am Compensation:
Starting at $34.01/hr for the first 90 days, increasing to $37.01/hr thereafter. Document completed work and conditions using maintenance software as needed. Install, maintain, test, evaluate, and repair various electrical components and systems, including low voltage automation systems and medium voltage motor control circuits. Interpret mechanical/electrical schematics, blueprints, and operation manuals. Adhere to safety policies and procedures while maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Repair equipment near explosives safely. Required Qualifications: Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship. Aged 18 years or older. Proficiency in English (verbal/written). Basic computer skills. Physical capability to perform duties including lifting up to 50lbs., bending, kneeling, climbing, and twisting. Comfortable working at elevated heights (4 feet and above). Adaptable to varied indoor and outdoor conditions (heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc.), with the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Minimum of one year of experience maintaining and troubleshooting electrical components and systems. Willingness to work underground in a mining environment. Current ATF certification or ability to obtain upon hire. Ability to work overtime including weekends and holidays with advance notice. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with SAP or a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Certified Maintenance Reliability Technician (CMRT) or willingness to acquire certification. Heavy equipment/industrial maintenance technical diploma from a trade school, or 3 years equivalent experience. Certifications in Predictive Maintenance and/or Precision Maintenance. Experience with high voltage electrical systems. High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience. Important Note:
