Digital Media Supervisor
in our Philadelphia office. We're a full-service creative agency that partners with bold brands to craft unforgettable campaigns, experiences, and stories. Our team thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and culture, and our services include Branding, Partnerships, Experiential, Paid Media, Digital, Video and Content Production, PR/Creator/Social, Entertainment Marketing and more!
We're looking for a Digital Media Supervisor to join our dynamic media team and lead the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of digital media campaigns across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for a seasoned media professional with a passion for digital innovation, client success, and team leadership.
As a key member of our media team, you'll oversee campaign performance, foster strong client relationships, and mentor junior team members. You'll also collaborate cross-functionally to deliver data-driven media strategies that drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Lead digital media strategy and execution
across paid channels including programmatic, display, video, and search.
Manage and mentor
other digital media strategists, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Develop and present media strategies
that align with client goals, target audience insights, and budget parameters.
Optimize campaign performance
through rigorous analysis of KPIs, audience behavior, and media mix effectiveness.
Collaborate with media partners and vendors
to negotiate placements, secure value-added opportunities, and stay ahead of industry trends.
Identify and implement automation tools
and technologies to streamline media buying and improve ROI.
Ensure quality control
across campaign execution, reporting, and analytics, maintaining high standards of accuracy and timeliness.
Support new business initiatives
by contributing to pitch decks, media strategy, and competitive analysis.
You Have These:
Bachelor's degree in
Digital Marketing, Advertising, Communications , or a related field.
4+ years of experience
in digital media planning, buying, and campaign management-preferably within an agency setting.
Proven ability to
lead and inspire teams , manage multiple accounts, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
Strong understanding of
programmatic advertising , audience targeting, and media analytics.
Proficiency in platforms such as
Google Campaign Manager, IAS, Basis DSP, The Trade Desk , and other media tools.
Excellent
communication, presentation, and client-facing skills .
Analytical mindset with a
basic understanding of statistical concepts
and performance forecasting.
Experience in both
B2B and B2C marketing
is a strong plus.
