Become the master mixologist of inks – creating vibrant concoctions that would make even a rainbow jealous!

Manage our color library like a boss – keeping our palette as organized as a box of crayons

Play "Inventory Tetris" with our work-in-progress materials

Be the superhero of escalation – swooping in to save the day when ink emergencies arise

Channel your inner efficiency expert to keep our production process running smoother than freshly mixed ink

Put on your thinking cap and brainstorm new ways to boost quality and zap waste

Embrace the 5S philosophy – because who doesn't love a well-organized workspace?

Be our jack-of-all-trades, lending a hand with special projects and other operational areas

Become a color-matching ninja, adhering to our exacting standards

Show off your muscles by moving materials, parts, and products (safely, of course!)

Play "Inventory Detective" by checking incoming materials and reporting any past-their-prime stock

Are you ready to make your mark in the world of ink? Join our team and let's create some colorful magic together!

Qualifications

Are you ready to join our colorful crew? Here's what we're looking for in our next Ink-credible Technician:

A High School Diploma or equivalent (because even Picasso needed to start somewhere!)

Screen Printing Press experience preferred (but we won't judge if your only printing experience is with potato stamps)

Maintenance and TPM skills (aka "Totally Prepared Magician")

0-2 years of production experience (newbies and seasoned pros alike, step right up!)

Problem-solving superpowers to tackle ink emergencies faster than a speeding paintbrush

Willingness to collect certifications like they're Pokemon cards

Ability to juggle multiple functions (no actual juggling skills required, but it would be impressive)

Thrives in a fast-paced environment (think "Ink Factor" meets "The Amazing Race")

Math whiz, mechanical genius, and logical thinker all rolled into one colorful package

Independent worker who can safely navigate the ink seas without a captain

Passion for productivity, safety, and quality (our holy trinity of ink-awesomeness)

Hazardous materials training is a plus (because sometimes ink can be a little dramatic)

Computer skills sharp enough to impress even the savviest of smartphones

Organization skills that would make {NAME} proud

Cool as a cucumber under pressure (no wilting allowed in our garden of creativity!)

First shift with a side of flexibility (because ink waits for no one during peak times)

If you tick these boxes and are ready to make your mark in the world of ink, we want YOU on our team! Let's create some colorful magic together!
