Reporting to the Field Service Manager, the

Field Service Technician

will install, service, and maintain Eclipse Gaming Systems' slot machines in their assigned territory. This is a customer (casino) facing role and will be required to represent Eclipse Gaming Systems in a professional manner at all times and have the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and with written materials. Candidates must be able to travel within their assigned territory and occasionally to other territories.

This role will be based in Washington State and will be required to travel in and out of State as needed.

Primary Responsibilities:

Perform installations and theme/game changes, perform preventative maintenance, and perform all other general service duties.

Diagnose hardware & software problems on all EGS products and perform repair procedures as appropriate.

Respond promptly to incident tickets and work orders with a 'fix first time' approach whether in person or by phone.

Document all work as appropriate, ensuring all work details are captured accurately.

Read, understand and implement job specifications accurately on time and within budget.

Act as an escalation point for other team members and potentially act in a supervisory capacity as and when needed.

Skills and Expertise

2-5 years of experience working with Windows-based machines.

Ability to work to budget and a proven track record of delivering on time.

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Ability to work on multiple projects effectively.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license in various States / Casinos.

Ability to read, understand and perform as required job specifications, drawings, safety all job/project related requirements.

Able to lift 50lbs, stand for prolonged periods of time, work indoors and outdoors.

Bonus Points for...

Familiarity with network technologies and troubleshooting.

Experience in the Gaming industry.

Knowledge of and experience with Class II gaming.
