As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our wholesale and retail customers. Your primary focus will be to identify customer needs, prompt responses to inquiries regarding our Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend optimal solutions to enhance their experience.
You'll be responsible for resolving customer concerns promptly and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction while always being informed about our product features. Staying aligned with our store's visual and quality standards is essential, as is achieving sales goals consistently.
The chosen candidate will work at Store #3736, located at: 2435 S. 24th St. Philadelphia, PA 19145, and may be required to assist in surrounding stores within a 10-mile radius.
The role involves interaction with customers, including minors, as well as access to cash and valuable store items. To maintain a secure environment for all, a review of prior criminal history will be conducted.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Assist customers both in-store and over the phone to identify their needs and present suitable products. Establish strong trust relationships with all customers. Accurately process sales transactions in compliance with company policies. Meet established sales goals on a monthly and quarterly basis. Maintain accurate work order files and customer formulas. Assist with stock management and store displays. Tint and mix products according to customer specifications. Ensure cleanliness of store equipment and environment. Load and unload deliveries as necessary. Maintain product knowledge and compliance with inventory procedures. Proactively suggest sales improvement strategies. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old. Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in both English and Spanish. Hold a valid, unrestricted driver's license. Capable of lifting and carrying materials up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs on occasion. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in customer service or retail sectors. Experience in selling paint and related products. Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment.
