Provide hands‑on maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment in a high‑volume manufacturing environment to maximize uptime and product quality.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair gearboxes, conveyors, pumps, bearings and drive systems.
Troubleshoot PLC‑controlled machinery; replace sensors, relays and I/O modules.
Execute preventive maintenance (PM) schedules; update CMMS records.
Fabricate/weld brackets or guards; perform basic machining when required.
Read schematics, ladder logic and hydraulic/pneumatic diagrams.
Participate in root‑cause analysis (RCA) and continuous‑improvement (CI) projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–5 yrs industrial maintenance experience; proficiency with multimeters and hydraulic gauges.
Familiarity with
Allen‑Bradley
or
Siemens
PLCs; ability to edit minor logic.
Basic TIG/MIG welding and oxy‑fuel cutting skills; forklift/scissor‑lift certification.
High‑school diploma or GED; technical certificate in industrial maintenance or electromechanical technology.
Vibration analysis or thermography experience; knowledge of NFPA 70E and NEC.
