You will play a crucial role in sourcing and identifying key institutional capital opportunities for diverse mandates. Your primary responsibilities will include forging and nurturing robust relationships, securing capital commitments, and driving successful deal executions. This position requires in-depth real estate expertise, multitasking capabilities, and the agility to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment. Ideal applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) and at least 10 years of experience in capital-raising roles within a real estate-focused or sophisticated investment management setting. A strong motivation and results-driven mindset, combined with exceptional interpersonal skills, are essential. A Registered Representative licensing is required.
