Overview:

Corporate Tools is on the search for a Recruiter. Recruiting is not a box checking practice for us. You want to be the person that dives in to get to know the candidates, and get to know what it means to be a culture fit at our company. We have a responsibility to everyone here, and we don't take it lightly. This position will be recruiting on roles across the country, locally, and regionally. Full-cycle recruiting takes on a whole extra level here... we are involved in every step of the interview process, and I mean just about every step. Scripts? Lists of questions you have to ask? Pointless questionnaires to fill out? No, you get to be a real person having a conversation with another real person. If you enjoy interacting with other humans and want to make meaningful impacts, we should probably talk.

This is a M-F, full time salaried position that some remote work is possible. You'll onboard and train in person, for at least the first 90 days, in Post Falls and continue working in our office at least 2-3 days a week. Also, we love a good cover letter.

Wage:

Up to $80,000/year

Benefits: 100% employer-paid medical, dental and vision for employees Annual review with raise option 22 days Paid Time Off accrued annually, and 4 holidays

After 3 years, PTO increases to 29 days. Employees transition to flexible time off after 5 years with the company-not accrued, not capped, take time off when you want The 4 holidays are: New Year's Day, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day

Paid Maternity and Paternity Leave Up to 6% company matching 401(k) with no vesting period Quarterly allowance

Use to make your remote work set up more comfortable, for continuing education classes, a plant for your desk, coffee for your coworker, a massage for yourself... really, whatever

Open concept office with friendly coworkers Creative environment where you can make a difference No dumb benefits like free dog walking on the weekends that snobby hipster places have to make you feel cool, but mathematically won't cost the company much money because you won't use it Trail Mix Bar oh yeah Responsibilities:
