Location: Santa Clara, CA 95054 (Hybrid/3 days onsite)

This contract role is an opportunity to join Client's Talent Acquisition Operations team. You will be part of a team working towards delivering three significant projects within the TA team, with global scale and impact. Project manager will primarily work on technical projects involving Workday ATS and integration into Workday ATS. This individual will serve as the primary, reporting to Global TA Operations Senior Manager, all all three projects and working in partnership with Client HRIS team regularly. This role will be based out of Santa Clara office and required to be on-site.
Job Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning and Coordination: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones for each project. Coordinate with HRIS, Talent Acquisition, legal and other relevant teams to ensure alignment and resource allocation. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
2. Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for Talent Acquisition-related project inquiries. Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns. Ensure that project goals align with the overall Talent Acquisition strategy and objectives.
3. Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage project risks to minimize impact on timelines and deliverables.
4. Integration Management:
Drive the integration of two new Talent Acquisition technology/tool working closely with HRIS team Collaborate with technical teams to resolve integration issues promptly.
5. Training and Support:
Develop and deliver training programs for Talent Acquisition team members on new tools and enhancements. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting during the implementation phase.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, MIS, or a related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in Talent Acquisition or HR Minimum 5+ years of knowledge and experience of Workday is a must. Experience with project management tools and methodologies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving and risk management skills. Experience with system integrations, particularly with Workday, is highly desirable. 8-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, and project management
