Join our dynamic team as a Lead Python Software Developer and be part of building a cutting-edge AI-powered financial assistant platform. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with business users, rapidly iterating to test, refine, and deploy innovative chat, reporting, and custom interfaces for investment workflows.
As a vital member of our team, you will:
Design, develop, and implement robust data structures and algorithms within the relevant framework.
Collaborate in an Agile or Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product managers.
Deliver high-quality code that aligns with key performance indicators (KPIs).
Transform high-level tasks into detailed requirements, considering edge cases, and developing comprehensive system designs and implementations.
Requirements:
A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience with Python, React (TypeScript), or other programming languages.
Proficiency in frameworks such as FastAPI, and experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
Solid knowledge of React API and other front-end technologies.
A passion for working in a start-up environment and a willingness to quickly learn new languages and technologies.

Salary Range: $135,000 - $160,000, with additional discretionary bonus and incentive programs.
