Job Responsibilities Monitor, report, and train personnel on contractual performance standards and trouble ticket lifecycle management for a 24/7 Operations Center. Collaborate with network operations and other teams to ensure process adherence. Analyze data to identify improvements and develop process changes. Report issues impacting contractual compliance to leadership. Ensure ticket queues are monitored, updated, and analyzed for compliance with performance goals. Respond to ad-hoc requests professionally and promptly. Use reporting data to identify and correct non-compliance actions. Review and validate tickets follow procedures and templates. Support new hire orientation and ongoing team training on contractual requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
Active US Government Secret clearance. US Citizenship required. High school diploma or equivalent with 3-5 years relevant experience. Understanding of IT ticketing systems. Understanding of data analytics concepts.
Desired Qualification
ITIL 4 Certification.
Education
High School Diploma.
