Empower Independence:
Support members with developmental disabilities in their daily routines and activities.
Build Meaningful Connections:
Foster trust and companionship through respectful, engaging interactions.
Promote Safety & Wellbeing:
Implement behavior support strategies to address challenging behaviors effectively.
Collaborate for Impact:
Work with supervisors and other professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
Advocate with Heart:
Ensure member safety and comfort through attentive and respectful care. Uphold member rights and dignity at all times.
Who You Are: • A compassionate, patient individual who finds joy in helping others. • Reliable, observant, and committed to creating a positive impact. • Open to learning and applying behavior management techniques. • Over 18 years old with a clean background and strong communication skills
