An AI start-up in the heart of Manhattan is on a mission to transform a part of the financial sector. This company is building AI agents that automate core financial tasks for some of the top 100 firms in the US.
Now expanding into areas like audits and financial tax automation, they're scaling fast and looking for a Product Designer
to help design and redesign user-agent interactions.
What you'll do: Design the B2B product including prototyping with LLMs and working closley with engineers on machine learning projects UX and UI work Move fast in a flat, collaborative, high-performing team You should have:
Experience with product design from a technical (LLM and ML) perspective You should have experience in a similar Series A or B environment as well as prior experience at a larger Tech corp A strong grasp of technical concepts and how to translate them into product value The setup:
In-office, 5 days/week ~$200k base (to be confirmed) 40-person team with plans to double engineering headcount
Interview process: Intro with Head of Talent Founder interviews (culture and general fit) Technical interview with VP of Engineering Final stage (coding/culture)
