About the Role: These critical full-time roles (8 hours/day, 5 days/week + optional overtime) are integral to our manufacturing and assembly operations. You'll be contributing to various aspects of avionics integration, harness building, and subcomponent programming. You'll join a rapidly growing company at the forefront of Aerospace & Defense innovation, working on exciting and diverse projects in both prototyping and mass production phases. Expect extensive on-the-job training and mentorship from industry-leading Avionics Technicians. What You'll Be Doing: Based on your skills and experience, you'll be placed into one of three specialized manufacturing areas: Harness Technician:

Focusing on building and assembling electrical wire harnesses, including cutting wires, crimping, and connecting various components. Subcomponent Programming Technician:

Programming radios, intercoms, and other electronic subcomponents. Vehicle Level Integration Technician:

Installing avionic components and harnesses directly into vehicles. Key Responsibilities Across All Specializations: Perform initial tests to ensure the functionality and quality of your work. Collaborate with senior technicians, learning and applying new skills through comprehensive on-the-job training. Contribute to the prototyping and mass production of advanced avionic products. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and company policies. Who We're Looking For: The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of electronics and a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Qualifications: Must be a

USA Citizen or Green Card holder . Minimum of

6 months of experience

in a relevant technical manufacturing role (e.g., automotive, drone harnessing, electrical assembly, general assembly). A

basic understanding of electronics and assembly principles

is essential. Experience with subcomponent assembly or harness building/electrical assembly is highly desirable. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks and products. Interview Process: Our interview process is designed to assess your potential and fit within our team. It includes: An

onsite skills/knowledge test

(approximately 1 hour), with a second test potentially required in some cases. Don't worry about 100% accuracy - we just need to see your basic understanding of avionics and manufacturing principles! A comprehensive
