Shift: Rotating shift every month. 7:00 am to 7:00 pm/ 7:00 pm to 7:00 am Direct Placement: 15% placement
Job Responsibilities: Live the Safety Stand Adherence to Safety Rules: Follow all safety rules, procedures, and reporting policies for the plant, including lockout procedures, safety signs, and documentation. Working safely is a condition of employment. Commitment to Safety Standards: Take ownership and commit to safety standards each day, ensuring the proper handling of chemicals within your area of responsibility. Use of PPE: Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. Reporting and Accountability: Promptly report all safety concerns and incidents, and hold teammates accountable for maintaining safety standards.
Primary Process Responsibilities: Maintenance and Repairs: Complete all maintenance service requests, maintain and repair manufacturing equipment and facilities using mechanical, electrical, and other related trades to ensure optimal operation. Productivity and Efficiency: Achieve productivity goals, minimize downtime through preventative maintenance, and meet committed downtimes by turning over properly functioning equipment. Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Perform work tasks from SAP-generated descriptions and orders, efficiently troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve mechanical and electrical issues throughout the plant. Flexibility and Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility to perform various job roles within the maintenance department, work with engineering drawings, electrical diagrams, sketches, and other documents. Safety and Standards: Maintain adherence to 5S standards, participate in safety, quality, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and housekeeping programs, and often work from heights or within confined spaces. Goal-Oriented Actions: Establish goals, prioritize and organize actions, timelines, and resources, and act decisively with a strong sense of urgency to ensure follow-through of established goals.
Collaborate and Foster Teamwork: Team Collaboration: Works closely with team members and internal customers to achieve plant goals and promote team-based problem solving. Training and Onboarding: Provides maintenance training and assists with the onboarding of new employees. Problem Solving: Actively contributes to troubleshooting and utilizes engineering support to solve problems at the root cause. Continuous Improvement: Engages in team discussions and proactively implements actions to prevent reoccurrence of issues.

Job Requirements: Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED Mechanical and electrical industrial maintenance experience Must be 18 years or older Must be a US or have the right to work in the US Must be drug and alcohol free
Experience: Secondary education in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field Ability to trouble shoot problems control related systems
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Proficient in basic computer functions, including email, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project () Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task, work well in a team environment, and provide excellent internal and external customer service Competent in mathematical calculations (arithmetic, algebra, geometry) and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues Comfortable working from heights and in confined spaces, and able to operate a forklift Excellent welding abilities (MIG, Stick, TIG ) High aptitude in mechanical, electrical, and controls, including hydraulic troubleshooting, repair, and improvement Champion of 5S practices, with a strong safety record, attendance record, and integrity Able to read technical prints and documents, and write, edit, and evaluate standard work Willing to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime
