Troubleshoot problems with facility equipment and infrastructure. Recommend repairs or replacements based on accurate diagnostics. Coordinate and supervise equipment installations and repairs, including electrical, gas, air, water, and sewer systems. Collaborate with outside contractors to ensure timely and quality project completion. Request
competitive
quotes from vendors for equipment, services, and repairs. Train staff on the operation of facility equipment as needed. Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime. Maintain an organized and efficient inventory of parts and supplies. Supervise production staff during maintenance-related activities when required. Follow and enforce all workplace safety procedures and standards. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Prior food processing experience preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting. Strong
physical stamina; able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Willingness to follow strict safety protocols while handling tools and equipment.
