About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful IT Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a true hunter, someone who thrives on sourcing top-tier IT talent using creative search strategies and Boolean techniques. This is not a post-and-pray role. We're looking for someone who takes a proactive, hands-on approach to finding and engaging exceptional candidates across both commercial and federal sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Source and engage IT professionals using advanced Boolean search techniques, networking, and direct outreach strategies Manage the full recruiting life cycle, including intake, sourcing, screening, submittals, and candidate follow-ups Consistently hit or exceed submittal and pipeline metrics Partner with account managers and hiring teams to deeply understand role requirements and urgency Screen candidates for technical skills, cultural fit, and clearance requirements (as applicable) Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS) Understand and navigate both commercial and federal hiring environments; familiarity with security clearances is preferred Requirements
Proven success as an IT Recruiter, with a strong focus on sourcing and headhunting not just job board postings or C2C reliance Advanced knowledge of Boolean search and sourcing strategies across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, ClearanceJobs, etc.) Experience recruiting for a wide range of IT roles (e.g., developers, systems engineers, cybersecurity, DevOps) Strong organizational and communication skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding recruiting metrics Familiarity with federal contracting environments and understanding of security clearances is a plus Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Preferred Qualifications
Experience recruiting for both commercial and federal clients Understanding of different clearance levels (Public Trust, Secret, TS/SCI, etc.) Comfortable working across multiple time zones and technical domains

Package Details
Base + Draw (Base $50-$75K, Draw $50-$70k for up to 24 months (Total comp of $100k-$155k for 24 months)
10k bonus when 10k in spread is met within 18 months (Along with 5k bump in base salary)
20k bonus when 20k in spread is met within 24 months
Title bump to Senior level when 15k in spread met
Health, Dental, Vision viable after 60 days (negotiable activation)
3 weeks PTO - 1 week sick time - 3 floating holidays - birthday off
