What You’ll Do: Develop and lead conceptual design with hand sketching and visual storytelling Collaborate closely with project architects, consultants, and clients Manage the design narrative and process from vision through execution Represent the firm’s aesthetic and values in every client interaction Maintain strong relationships with builders and consultants Ensure quality, detail, and client satisfaction across all phases What You Bring: 8+ years of experience in high-end residential design Strong hand sketching and design development skills Confident and communicative—without ego A passion for detail, hospitality, and functional elegance Ability to manage complex, high-touch client relationships Experience working with consultants, vendors, and site teams

Compensation: $120,000 per year
