Staffmark is looking for experienced Warehouse Forklift Operators to join a fast-paced distribution center in Manor, TX. If you have prior experience operating Crown stand-up forklifts and cherry pickers, this is a great opportunity to work with a reliable team and earn competitive pay.
Pay Rate: $20.00-$21.50/hour (based on shift)
Schedule: 24/7 facility - multiple shifts available with start times between 9:00 AM and 12:00 AM.
Work 4 days/week (10-12+ hour shifts), including either Saturday or Sunday.
Responsibilities:
Operate Crown stand-up electric forklifts and cherry pickers safely and efficiently Pick and pull chip and snack products according to order sheets and replenishment needs Load and unload trucks while minimizing product damage Stage and organize products for shipment in proper sequence Perform equipment checks and promptly report safety concerns or malfunctions Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Assist with restocking and inventory counts as needed Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Prior experience operating Crown stand-up forklifts and cherry pickers (required) Valid forklift/cherry picker certification or willingness to obtain one Ability to read and follow order/pick lists and safety protocols Strong attention to detail and accuracy Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks throughout long shifts Basic math skills for inventory tasks Dependable, team-oriented, and punctual with solid communication skills
