Job Description

As the Senior Manager, Product Management for Cricut.com you will be focused on continuously improving our global member and purchasing experience across our global Cricut websites. A major focus will be to grow revenue for our direct-to-consumer online channel through geographical expansion and revenue impacting features. You will partner with key internal teams including UX, Engineering, Merchandising, Creative and Marketing to design, build, and launch new ecommerce products and features that will meet both customer needs and business objectives. As a champion of Cricut.com customers, you will be responsible for collaboratively building business cases with stakeholders for ecommerce enhancements and features, evangelize the strategy and obtain buy-in from key stakeholders across the organization, including executive leadership. You will measure and communicate results of the enhancements and features in production, all while ensuring stakeholder alignment. Additionally, you will partner with engineering to write detailed requirements and acceptance criteria to ensure scope and value are clearly defined to meet our objectives.

You are the subject matter expert on your product, responsible for understanding global market requirements, customer needs and behaviors, contractual and regulatory requirements, and system or technical dependencies. You use data to tell the story of your product's experience and success. Quality - You expect and deliver quality results to the customer. You seek out innovative solutions to complex challenges and aren't afraid to take calculated risks to achieve greater results. You look for opportunities to go beyond expectations and truly delight the customer. What You'll Do:

Ideation and Roadmapping:

Collaborate with key stakeholders utilizing market research, customer surveys, and web analytics data to understand customer needs, discovering competitive and functional gaps and identifying new opportunities to ultimately define a product roadmap Define business cases and drive organizational priority and alignment for the cricut.com shop platform. Monitor and identify customer needs staying current on industry standards/trends and respond by adjusting user experience and product roadmaps Measure and Reporting:

Build an intimate knowledge of the customer, business KPIs and technological capabilities to inform product decisions Measure ecommerce product performance and success through customer feedback loops, site KPIs, and report regularly on site and performance metrics. Analyze customer and product data, turn customer insights into actionable initiatives, determine strategy, and manage risks Teamwork, Vision and Cross-functional Leadership:

Define the product vision, roadmap and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with Cricut's strategic goals Collaborate with UX and Engineering on feature enhancements to assure they understand the vision and can create the best product and user experience. Operate in a collaborative environment to ideate and conceive innovative features that generate high customer value, drive scale and deliver against business goals Lead strategic meetings and communicate in a way that inspires others and accomplishes buy-in across all stakeholders. Technical Expertise & Requirement Documentation:

Produce high quality supporting artifacts (data, process flows, detailed requirements, etc.) to guide the development team in the implementation and testing of features and enhancements. Manage 3rd Party Vendors that align with Cricut business needs. Make recommendations based on ROI of Revenue, Margin, or Engineering Expense. Qualifications

Bachelor's or advanced degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field or equivalent work experience 3-5+ years in a product management role responsible for direct to consumer and digital software solutions and driving end-to-end product requirements. Strong understanding of E-Commerce customer journey, technologies, and related business requirements. Salesforce Commerce Cloud Experience is a huge plus. Strong understanding of 3rd party services and solutions related to ecommerce (Payment, Martech, Analytics, CMS, etc.) Adept at ruthless prioritization in the face of competing priorities Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into business and product requirements.
