About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor and thought partner to senior leadership across the business. This highly visible role will shape and scale key talent, culture, and organizational initiatives in support of global growth.
As a trusted partner to business leaders, you’ll work cross-functionally with People teams and senior stakeholders to drive programs in organizational effectiveness, performance management, workforce planning, and leadership development — with an emphasis on change leadership, data-driven insights, and high-performance culture.
What You’ll Do
Serve as a strategic advisor to senior business leaders, aligning people strategy with business objectives
Lead org design and workforce planning initiatives to support global growth and scale
Support performance management, leadership development, compensation strategy, and succession planning
Champion cultural alignment and change management through periods of integration and growth
Analyze people data and trends to provide meaningful, strategic insights to business leaders
Contribute to cross-functional global HR programs to improve process efficiency, engagement, and retention
Promote a culture of continuous feedback and learning
Ensure compliance with local labor laws while maintaining a proactive and scalable HR framework
What You Bring
10+ years of progressive HR experience, with 5+ years as a strategic HRBP or in a senior HR leadership role
Demonstrated success influencing senior leaders and driving global people initiatives in complex environments
Strong knowledge of talent strategy, org development, and employee engagement best practices
Analytical mindset with a passion for using data to inform decisions
Comfortable with ambiguity, fast change, and operating both strategically and tactically
Deep understanding of U.S. employment law (multi-state); HR certifications a plus
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or additional certifications preferred
