Position: Industrial Maintenance Reliability Technician I
Pay: $31.45/hr.
Schedule: (2-2-3 schedule) 12 hour night shift from 7pm to 7am
Train: Start on day shift until candidate has completed the necessary requirements to go on night shift. (Time frame will depend on experience and job performance.)
Specific requirements:
Minimum education: high school diploma and some formal technical training
5+ yrs recent experience in manufacturing maintenance rolls
Must have strong electrical and mechanical skills
PLC/Automation training in programming and troubleshooting preferred
Experience running conventional machining equipment (lathe, mill, drill press, etc.)
Basic knowledge of craft tools and when to use them
Experience with modern highspeed production machinery
Must be able to work unsupervised.
Must have experience in technical documentation
Must be able to read
and
understand pneumatic, electric and hydraulic diagrams and schematics
Trouble shooting skills
Strong communication skills
Safety trained in manufacturing environment and able to train others
Job Overview:
Reporting to the Plant Engineer, the IMRT is responsible for achieving reliability for plant equipment through performing tasks required to maintain equipment in 'Like New' condition and minimize downtime. This individual will use advanced training and knowledge to perform equipment/process/system maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, make repairs and identify opportunities for improvement. This individual will provide support for the Toppan Performance System (SPS), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and strong ownership of the Maintenance Excellence process within their plant.
Technically skilled to Maintain mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, piping, electrical and robotic equipment. This includes a strong understanding of lubrication principles and ensuring the proper lubrication is applied to equipment. Technically skilled to Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, piping, electrical and robotic equipment. Technically skilled to Repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, piping, electrical and robotic equipment. Technically skilled to Improve Reliability of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, piping, electrical and robotic equipment. Technically skilled to Precision Install mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, piping, electrical and robotic equipment utilizing OEM specifications
