Has oversight of the areas of ERSEA (Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment, Attendance) and Data Management for the Head Start/Early Head Start program.
1.Develops and implements strategic methods to deliver ERSEA services to children and families in all program options in coordination with all content areas.
2. Establishes and monitors systems that ensure program quality and ensures regular monitoring are implemented and reviewed.
3. Creates and maintains supportive documentation, as appropriate.
4. Develops, oversees and regularly reviews effectiveness of the ChildPlus Data Management System for the Head Start/Early Head Start program. Provide training as needed.
5.Telephone and in-person contact with Directors, Coordinators, Managers, Specialists, and other internal staff for problem solving, information exchange, and coordination of efforts.
6. Provides expertise and mentoring to staff, especially Center Managers and Family Development Workers, regarding the development of recruitment plans, application process, verifying income, selection, and attendance.
7. Ensure program compliance with codes of all State and Local licensing agencies and grant requirements.
8.Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, parents, and the general public.
