Responsibilities
Respond to field dispatches in Johnson & Wyandotte Counties in Kansas Work each day with Lead Technician using provided tools from company van Interface with clients at homes, apartments, and properties Wear company provided uniform each day Conduct routine property maintenance onsite. Inspect and troubleshoot equipment on company van Maintain equipment stock in the company vehicle Qualifications
Handyman skills. High school diploma or GED. Ability to travel and work according to a changing schedule. Excellent time management skills. Ability to problem-solve. Physically fit and able to work with heavy equipment.
