Overview of Responsibilities -

Lead the strategy and delivery of all online sports wagering and online casino campaigns. Responsible to cover the full CRM process, from KPI setting, planning and costing, to building and executing all campaigns independently. Work closely with Marketing product, Business Intelligence and Customer Support Teams as well as Senior Leadership.

Essential Job Duties -

Develop KPI's, forecasts and reporting Own and assume accountability for all online sports wagering and online casino CRM and retention KPI's, including active, retention and LTV. Develop customer segmentation and predictive models with the Business Intelligence Team, building on learnings from preexisting customers. Plan and oversee all CRM campaigns including, but not limited to - Map customer journey and optimize customer lifecycle programs Drive growth by cross-selling users from company retail to online Collaborate with the marketing team to serve up exciting promotions to our users Coordinate with Customer Support on promotions and communications to ensure a smooth experience. Lead CRM management and flawless execution of conversion, retention, up-selling and reactivation programs and tactics across email, push and retail to online to achieve specific KPI objectives while maintaining a cohesive customer experience Establish CRM program strategy, target identification, promotion planning and touchpoint timing to maximize KPIs to conversion and loyalty Manage end to end aspects of user journey strategy, including bonus configurations, marketing communications, creative, analysis, and reporting Proactively provide and maintain weekly insights on the CRM performance against objectives and make effective tactical recommendations moving forward Leverage our existing email database and capabilities to support our growth strategy across different jurisdictions Develop an excellent relationship with internal and external peers to ensure campaign deliverability Ensure compliance with all regulations and legislation, ensuring that all risks within areas of responsibility are identified and managed effectively Performs all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree; 3+ years' experience in a CRM, email marketing, and retention role for a B2C brand Excellent organizational, planning and communicative skills. Experience in online gaming is an advantage. Data-oriented and marketing skills, highly fluent with Microsoft Excel Familiar with 3rd party back-end systems such as reporting tools, Emails platforms, Optimovw, CMS, Pushwoosh. Previous experience with HTML coding is an advantage High level of marketing writing skills is a must for this role, excellent communicator across all channels: emails, push notifications and web Need to obtain a PA and, or, NJ iGaming gaming license Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficient in MS Office applications advanced Excel and Power Point skills a must. Must be able to work all shifts, and weekends and holidays as required. Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and through written communications. Must be knowledgeable of all federal, state and local laws and regulations relevant to operations.
