Position Summary
As a
Maintenance Technician , you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our by ensuring our property is safe, attractive, and well-maintained. You’ll work closely with our property management team and gain hands-on experience in a variety of trades.
What You’ll Do
Prepare apartments for new (turns & move-outs)
Complete work orders efficiently and professionally
Keep exterior areas clean and well-presented (curb appeal)
Conduct routine and preventive maintenance
Daily trash pickup and grounds upkeep
Maintain trash compactors and swimming pools (in season)
Troubleshoot and repair:
Plumbing
Basic electrical
Appliances
Carpentry & drywall
Roofing & flooring
Check irrigation systems
Maintain accurate records of work and materials used
Participate in the on-call maintenance rotation
Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements: What You Bring
High school diploma or GED
1–3 months of related experience ( but not required)
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Your own set of tools
Certifications such as HVAC, CFC, or CPO ( but not required)
