We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our CRA and Fair Lending Advisory Services Group. In this crucial role, you will deliver expert consulting services to banks and financial institutions, helping them successfully navigate today's challenging regulatory landscape. Your innovative thinking combined with our deep industry knowledge will empower clients to enhance their compliance efforts. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with financial institutions to identify needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions. Perform data analysis, write comprehensive reports, and utilize advisory and technology solutions to assess compliance with the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), Fair Lending, and related laws. Conduct reviews such as Fair Lending Risk Reviews and CRA Performance Assessments across diverse Loan Register types. Implement and assist clients with our proprietary software solutions, including CRA Wiz SaaS and Fair Lending Wiz SaaS. Stay updated on CRA and Fair Lending regulatory guidance, including new regulatory changes. Independently conduct quality control on client deliverables. Provide training to end users on WKFS products to meet regulatory standards. Engage with leadership to offer insights on regulatory trends. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in CRA compliance, Fair Lending, or as a consultant in financial institution compliance. Thorough knowledge of consumer protection laws, including CRA, Fair Lending, HMDA, and UDAAP. Familiarity with the lending process and experience with related software (WK Wiz Software preferred). Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret regulatory changes effectively. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus. Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) or equivalent preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills and familiarity with SQL/Oracle tools.
