Senior Consultant, Corporate Security Transformation

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Consultant in Corporate Security Transformation! In this role, you'll spearhead the digital transformation of our Corporate Security department, focusing on enhancing workflows and implementing innovative digital tools that boost efficiency and collaboration. Your contributions will be essential in: Leading digital initiatives that enhance communication and knowledge management within Corporate Security. Designing user-friendly, low-code/no-code solutions using Microsoft 365 tools, including Power Automate, SharePoint, and Teams. Streamlining and standardizing the documentation and sharing of security programs. Identifying and automating repetitive tasks to improve accuracy and sustainability. Establishing digital governance practices to ensure compliance and brand consistency. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify user needs and co-create sustainable solutions. Tracking the adoption and impact of digital initiatives and providing insights to stakeholders. To thrive in this role, you should possess: Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 tools and familiarity with Generative AI technologies. A proven track record in leading digital transformation projects. Excellent skills in creating intuitive workflows and user experiences. Experience in content governance and establishing documentation standards. Strong communication abilities to effectively translate complex needs into actionable solutions.
