As a Retail Music Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our sales and profit objectives while providing outstanding customer service. Your passion for music and strong sales skills will contribute to our store's success and foster relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales and consistently exceed personal sales goals.
Promote our Music & Arts lesson program to encourage customer participation.
Build relationships with schools, teachers, churches, and community organizations to create new business opportunities.
Engage customers with compelling sales presentations supported by our training program.
Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for everyone.
Encourage customer loyalty through personalized service and follow-up.
Contribute to the overall operations of the store, including merchandising and maintaining displays.
Assist in store security by properly handling keys and alarm codes.
Fulfill additional duties as assigned to support team objectives.

Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED.
At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
Strong knowledge of musical instruments and written music.
