As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at Sherwin-Williams, you will play a crucial role in assisting our wholesale and retail customers by understanding their needs and providing excellent service. Your responsibilities will include addressing inquiries about our diverse range of products and offering tailored recommendations to ensure customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will be based at Store #5008, located at 3574 Electric Rd Suite 22-24, Roanoke VA 24018, with the potential requirement to support nearby locations within a 10-mile radius.
You will handle cash and payment methods, operating under both supervised and unsupervised conditions, necessitating a background check for the safety of our customers and staff.

Establish strong relationships with customers to build trust and loyalty. Accurately process sales transactions and adhere to company policies. Meet and aim to exceed sales goals. Maintain thorough work order files and accurately mix products to specifications. Restock shelves and organize displays to enhance the shopping experience. Keep store equipment clean and assist with deliveries when necessary. Communicate effectively about product knowledge and inventory. Suggest improvements to optimize sales. Minimum Requirements: At least 18 years of age. Legal authorization to work without sponsorship. Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English and Spanish. A valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. One year of experience in retail or customer service. Experience with paint and related products. Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment.
