to join our PMS 515 Team supporting Business Financial Management (BFM) team,

Security Clearance:
Applicant must be eligible to hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance. Responsibilities
Cost Analysis and Assessments : Provide detailed cost-related analysis and assessments of ships, submarines, and related ship systems. Technical Expertise:
Offer technical expertise in cost estimation, performing parametric trade-off studies, and assessing cost estimates. Use of Computational Tools:
Utilize modern computational tools and spreadsheets to conduct cost assessments, including tools such as the USN's Visibility and Management of Operating Costs (VAMOSC) databases and the Operating and Support Cost Analysis Model (OSCAM) suite of cost models. Program Life Cycle Cost Estimates : Develop program life cycle cost estimates for surface ship and submarine programs. Trade-off Studies : Perform concepts and technology trade-off studies to support cost estimation and decision-making. Documentation and Reporting : Prepare detailed reports documenting cost assessments, methodologies, and findings. Collaboration : Work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders to provide cost-related insights and recommendations. Compliance and Standards : Ensure all cost estimation activities comply with relevant standards and regulations. Experience Requirements:
7 years of professional experience in financial analysis. Preferred experience includes DoD/DoN procedures and Policies (DoD 5000 process). Educational & Certification Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Certified in the Cost Estimating career field.
