Responsibilities • Supervise and engage with the children during indoor and outdoor activities • Prepare light snacks and meals for the kids • Organize creative and educational games • Encourage positive behaviors and manage occasional conflicts • Ensure the children’s safety at all times

Qualifications • Prior experience in babysitting or childcare roles • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with children • Creative mindset for planning engaging activities • CPR/First Aid certification preferred • Must be punctual and reliable Qualifications
