Summary:
The Senior Supply Chain Logistics Manager will lead the Distribution Center and supervisory teams responsible for comprehensive warehousing and transportation solutions, ensuring high-level direct customer interactions.
Essential Functions:
Directly interface with customers to resolve issues swiftly and ensure high satisfaction.
Strategically plan and execute operations.
Address operational challenges by implementing continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives to enhance team productivity and results.
Recruit, supervise, and develop employee performance, maintaining a positive work environment.
Facilitate open communication within teams and across the organization, reviewing data and implementing necessary actions.
Manage profit and loss statements based on organizational complexity and scope.
Lead a proactive safety program consistent with company policy to ensure a safe work environment.

Qualifications:
H.S. diploma/GED required.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred.
Master's degree in a related field preferred.
A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in supply chain or logistics is required.
At least five (5) years of experience managing, leading, and developing teams is required.
Three (3) years of experience with P&L responsibility is preferred.
A minimum of one (1) year of customer interaction experience is preferred.
