Essential Functions: Directly interface with customers to resolve issues swiftly and ensure high satisfaction. Strategically plan and execute operations. Address operational challenges by implementing continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives to enhance team productivity and results. Recruit, supervise, and develop employee performance, maintaining a positive work environment. Facilitate open communication within teams and across the organization, reviewing data and implementing necessary actions. Manage profit and loss statements based on organizational complexity and scope. Lead a proactive safety program consistent with company policy to ensure a safe work environment. Detail-oriented with effective follow-up practices. Qualifications: H.S. diploma/GED required. Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred. Master's degree in a related field preferred. A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in supply chain or logistics is required. At least five (5) years of experience managing, leading, and developing teams is required. Three (3) years of experience with P&L responsibility is preferred. Logistics Compensation Information: The compensation offered may be influenced by various factors, including relevant experience and education. The position may also be eligible for an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentives. Pay Type:
