Duties & Responsibilities Evaluate machines and building systems to determine required maintenance Conduct preventative maintenance Correspond with vendors to schedule maintenance needs Monitor and report on project progress Attend production meetings to coordinate scheduling and notify other departments of maintenance issues/timelines Follow safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean work environment Oversee disposal of chemical waste; choose supplier, schedule, maintain safety standards Maintain building security On site First Responder - Assist in emergency and clean up Required Skills & Abilities
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems Work with contractors when required Education & Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent Five years' experience in manufacturing environment Proven record of working safely with electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems Demonstrate knowledge of Lock-out-tag-out, machine guarding, and other safety systems Physical Requirements

Specific Qualifications
Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen, and when applicable if duties involve operating motor vehicle must be able to pass motor vehicle record check.
