PFP Logistics
Recruiter will:
Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process including job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. Conduct initial candidate interviews and reference checks. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases. Represent the company at job fairs and networking events as needed. Support management with general administrative tasks and special projects. Qualifications:
Bi-Lingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) Proven experience in office administration and/or recruitment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR/recruiting software (e.g., ATS systems - BambooHR). High level of discretion and professionalism. Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. 2+ years of experience in an administrative or recruiting role. What We Believe In:
